SPEEDS UP TO 100 CYCLES PER MINUTE The latest generation of AFFELDT weighing machines stands for unique machine capacities and maximum care in product handling, simple operation and excellent sanitary design. Detachable buckets: Removable units, easy and thorough cleaning, down time reduction.
NET CLIPPER Machine is a fully automatic for packing produce into tubular vexar, extruded or knitted nets. Label applicator included for automatic application of wine glass or strip label. Automatic tube shuttle for continuous operation.
ECONOMICAL WEIGHER The main features of the Weighing Machine AVN 113-CW 7 EV are exact weighing according to the preset programme at a low to medium production speed. The products are weighed in 7 weighing buckets, collected and the required weight discharged into the linked packaging machine. The weighing machine may be combined with any packaging machine.
CAROUSEL BAGGER Conceived to handle citrus, potatoes, peppers, and onions of large caliber. It is capable of running just about any type of pre-made bag. It features 8 fill stations/bag stations each with an independent vibration mechanism that prevents any blockage during the filling process. Its proven rugged design opens bags with rounded clamps, providing maximum bag opening and no exposed bag lips where product could leak.
WEIGHING/COUNTING Machine are exact count by weight according to pre-set programs.
GENTLE PRODUCE CLIPPER The horizontal design of this machine permits a gentle handling of sensitive produce such as apples and tomatoes. Other produce on request.
